Leading Objective:

This individual is responsible for building the Grayson community on all social media channels, strategically working with brand content across all social networks while evolving our storytelling, increasing our earned media marketing efforts while maximizing our social voice and continually increasing our community engagement and loyalty.


-Be the voice of Grayson communicating directly with customer care inquires and answer all their questions

-Implement social media strategy to align with business goals

-Develop, edit, and post engaging content daily

-Build, grow and manage the online community

-Engages with customers and fans, and uses social media and live events to help increase brand loyalty

-Communicate with followers, respond to questions on social platforms

-Oversee social media account designs and adhere to brand guidelines

-Implement and manage influencer outreach program

-Organize and personally participate in events to build brand awareness

-Make sure brand voice is carried out across all social channels

-Report on all social media analytics and deliver standard analysis and reporting to posts and campaigns

-Manage content calendar

-Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and influencers

-Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

-Represent the core values of Frank & Eileen, and act as a brand ambassador.

-Communicate our goals and initiatives effectively both internally and externally.


Attributes & Objectives Completed:

-5+ years of agency or in-house social media experience

-A brand cheerleader who loves and learns our product inside and out

-Able to roll up their sleeves and hit the ground running

-An insatiable obsession with the ever-changing landscape of social distribution, community-building, and subscription growth.

-The ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community

-Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

-Bachelor’s degree required (Journalism or Digital Marketing majors preferred)

-Direct social media and content production experience with a DTC brand

-Knowledge and awareness of competitors and industry trends

-Organizational and time management skills are essential as well as the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

-Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.

-Strong determined work ethic, keen eye for detail and a penchant for learning.

-Ability to juggle multiple tasks while swift to adapt to new projects.

-Extraordinary organizational skills.

-A high level of integrity in all that you do, in and out of work

-Ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration among team members

-Functions best in a tight-knit community setting

-A natural sense of entrepreneurship and a can-do attitude

-A positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability in one’s work
