Title: Apprentice/Process & Business Improvement Assistant
Reports to: CEO
Before we get into the nitty gritty here you should start by asking yourself a few questions:

-This individual will be the sole employee responsible for assisting and shadowing the CEO, helping to maximize her daily schedule and tasks and overall help improve productivity. It is expected that this individual will function as an extension of the CEO by helping to divide and conquer everyday tasks and long term projects, and disseminating, manipulating, and locating information for strategic decision-making. This person must work 2 steps ahead of the CEO at all times.
-Read, monitor, and respond to the supervisor’s emails. Frequently alert CEO regarding high-priority email communication
-Quickly establish an effective communication strategy with CEO
-Answer calls and liaison with clients
-Take action points and write minutes during meetings, collect, manipulate, and disseminate information both pre and post meeting. Conduct research; prepare presentations and papers for meetings
-Make copies, order lunch, and prepare rooms for meetings
-Execute process improvement solutions to business problems, using data analysis, and optimization tools to support strategic process improvement plans
-Build and maintain relationships with team members, vendors, and customers that allow the CEO to interact with them in the most efficient and brand-appropriate way possible
-Assist in developing plans, schedules, and budgets for projects to innovate existing processes
-Proactively identify areas of opportunity in the CEO’s efficiency and quickly work to correct
-Analyzes and resolves various work problems
-Provides analysis and interpretation of report data
-Represent the core values of Frank & Eileen, and act as a brand ambassador
Attributes & Objectives Completed:
-Bachelor’s degree required (Degree in Industrial Engineering or Entrepreneurship is preferred)
-Desire to grow with a fashion organization into a leadership role
-History handling confidential information
-History of successfully leading and managing up
-Ability to flex and adjust in an ever-changing environment
-Able to roll up their sleeves and hit the ground running
-Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
-Organizational and time management skills are essential as well as the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
-Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
-Strong determined work ethic, keen eye for detail and a penchant for learning
-Extraordinary organizational skills
-A high level of integrity in all that you do, in and out of work
-Ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration among team members
-Functions best in a tight-knit community setting
-A natural sense of entrepreneurship and a can-do attitude
-A positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability in one’s work
