Reports To: Owner/CEO
Consistently manage the brand’s success through the demonstration of entrepreneurial vision, purpose and drive and execution of short and long-term marketing strategies.
- Develop an integrated strategy to continue to build on the brand’s success across earned channels, including social media, PR, events, influencer, experiential and partnerships
-Initiate and develop strategic brand and influencer partnerships
-Manage agencies, such as brand, PR, digital, Social, Event Planners, and Creative
- Build and manage a multi-channel social strategy that incorporates thoughtful, aggressive plans for each channel, taking inventory of the existing channels and handles, and considering proactive and reactive approaches
- Oversee day-to-day content creation for social media channels, including strategy, production, and community engagement
-Determine ideal social KPIs, monitor performance, optimize content and its distribution in real time.
- Examine, gather, and report on data and insights from multiple sources and uplevel findings and recommendations for how we intend to leverage insights to improve.
- Understand customer needs and segments, and be the voice of the customer within the organization
-Identify trends and opportunities, brand tracking and research, and performance reporting
-Partner closely with digital marketing team to co-create marketing calendar and maximize impact of branded content through paid distribution
-Partner closely with creative team to define and execute on all collateral needed
- Partner with Wholesale team to support and grow the business
